The conversion of a historic steamship into a visitor attraction. The SS Robin was one of three ships saved by the Duke of Edinburgh as part of the initiative to kick-start a maritime version of the National Trust.

AMA prepared cost plans during feasibility and up to tender action which helped the architect to refine their design.
