After a devasting fire in 2016 to the Grade II listed cottages, AMA were involved in the early cost plans through to procurement and post contract services. Working closely with the Client, Architect and Contractor to bring these homes to full restoration using modern energy efficient technologies whilst maintaining the character of the original cottages

The project was nominated for the Design and Craftsmanship Awards 2019
