With the previous changing rooms for Long Stratton Football Club being in disrepair, the town council set out to provide a new pavilion with an office for the town clerk and changing rooms, facilities and a clubhouse for the football team. AMA oversaw 3 years of value engineering before works started in June 2019 and were completed April 2020.
