A modern building providing a wealth of information to visiting tourists. Known for its conical shades, a.k.a. Madonna’s cones, the curvaceous centre utilised green technologies including ground source heat pump, solar collectors, brise soleil and ergonomic passive ventilation design.

AMA had the pleasure of assisting the client and design team through budget advice, value engineering input, procurement and contractual advice, variation costing and settlement of the contractor’s account.
