Winner of the Daily Telegraph renovation project of the year 2012. Chantry Barn combines respect for the historic structure with the creation of a striking contemporary home. AMA provided full QS service from early stage cost planning to the agreement of the final account. This project created particular challenges with the contractor going into administration during the project. We guided the client and the architect through the process of the termination of the previous contractor’s employment and the procurement and appointment of a replacement contractor
